By purchasing from my shop, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the guidelines listed.

  • Orders will hit the post office within 5–7 days of being purchased. You’ll get an email the second that I print your label!

    Hi! Holiday Season-Collin here. If you’re ordering in November–December, my order volume is likely very overwhelming. Please allow for a solid 7–14 business days for your order to hit the post; I’m just one guy!

  • Stickers and orders with only one greeting card are shipped in a large, stamped envelope with a low ship cost. As such, no tracking is available on these purchases. Everything else goes in kraft mailers I buy from EcoEnclose, and are shipped with USPS First Class or Priority mail— whichever you choose!

    All orders start at $20.00

    All Canvas Painting orders start at $30.00 and max out at $40.00 according to size and weight.

  • I unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost orders once I drop off at the post office and get a receipt. If your order ships for $2, you waive the ability to purchase tracking or insurance. If your order ships for $5.00+, you automatically receive shipment tracking and can reach out to buy additional insurance if desired. Under no circumstance can I refund or replace any missing or lost orders.

  • Right now, I can’t ship anything to Australia or New Zealand due to a mail block. If you’re from neither of these places and see your country isn’t available when you check out, shoot me an email and I can throw it on my list!

  • If you reach out to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, I will be happy to cancel it. Otherwise, all placed orders will be sent to the provided shipping address.

    I only offer returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged. To file a damage claim, you must email me within 12 hours of the package’s arrival with images of any damaged product.

  • Yes! I know how annoying it is to not get the right fit. Here is my garment return policy:

    — You must email me to initiate your return. Please send me your mailing address.

    — I will forward you a shipping label and invoice for payment. You must pay the return shipping as well as the new shipping for the new shirt (approx. $10)
