General Shipping Information
All orders ship within 5–7 business days from placement. Collin is a one-man brand with a small team of helper bees— so please have some grace! If you have not received an email notification about shipping within 2 business weeks, please email Collin.
Shipping is automatically determined by product weight, starting at $5.99 and capping at $9.99. These packages receive a tracking number URL.
Sticker Mail is $1.99 and is mailed in a stamped envelope. This does not receive tracking.
You will receive an email the second Collin prints your shipping label. Once Collin drops off your order a the post office, USPS becomes responsible for it. You may choose to upgrade your package tracking & insurance by emailing Collin before placing your order.
Collin cannot mediate lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact your local postmaster with your tracking number.
Can I Return a Purchase?
Collin does not accept returns— all products are final sale. There are rare instances where returns are accepted; mainly in the case of shipment damage or another extenuating circumstance.
Collin does accept exchanges for unused/unworn garments within 30 days of your purchase date. You must return the originally purchased garment at your own expense, and pay for new shipping. Email Collin if you believe your circumstance warrants a return, or if you wish to initiate an exchange.
